Acadian Kitchens® Premium Roux is made with all natural ingredients including Non-GMO flour. It is slow cooked to perfection in Broussard, Louisiana & hand-packed by real Cajuns who love real, authentic Cajun food.
Acadian Kitchens® Roux is perfect for making great tasting Gumbo, Stews and Gravies at home. Check out our authentic Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Seafood Gumbo Recipes on-pack and online. These gumbo recipes are very easy to make and serve 6-8 people.
