Vegetable Oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
cleaned seafood
1 lemon
Heat minimum of one inch oil to 350Ė F in skillet or deep fryer. Lightly beat milk and egg together. Dip seafood in milk/egg mixture, then roll in Seasoned Fish Fry. Cook a few pieces at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Squeeze lemon on fish. For a lighter crust, eliminate milk & egg mixture, wash fish. While still moist roll in Seasoned Fish Fry
and cook as directed. For a spicier flavor, add 2 tablespoons Cajun’s Choice Creole Seasoning
to Seasoned Fish Fry
before breading.
