Spicy & Sweet Deviled Eggs

8 large eggs

3 tablespoons real Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of yellow Mustard

1 teaspoon of Ragin’ Cajun Louisiana Mild Seasoning

5-8 chopped Ragin’ Cajun Sweet & Spicy Pickle Slices

1 tablespoon Ragin’ Cajun Sweet & Spicy Jalapeño Relish

Hard boil 8 eggs. Cool boiled eggs in a bowl of iced water, crack shells and let soak in cool water for 10 minutes. Eggs should peel easier. Cut into halves and put the yokes into a bowl.

In another bowl mix together mayonnaise, mustard and Ragin’ Cajun Mild Cajun Seasoning. Add to taste, Ragin’ Cajun Jalapeño Relish and Ragin’ Cajun Spicy Sweet Pickle Slices chopped. We added about 1 tablespoon of Relish and 7 pickle slices.

The more relish the less mayonnaise you should use so the filling won’t be too runny. Mix mixture with the egg yokes and stir or beat until thoroughly mixed. Pipe or spoon into egg halves. Garnish with paprika. Serve chilled.
