Our perfectly seasoned Louisiana blend of corn meal and corn flour captures that essence with ease and versatility. This great breading works with all kinds of fish. Although we call it ''fish fry'', it's a perfect coating for shrimp, oysters, crawfish and chicken that fries up crisp every time. Like all Cajun's Choice products, this seasoning has no MSG. Hand-crafted in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Product Usage Instructions:

For a lighter crust, eliminate milk & egg mixture, wash fish. While still moist, roll in Fish Fry and cook as directed. For spicier flavor, add 2 tablespoons Cajun's Choice Creole Seasoning to Fish Fry before breading seafood.
