Which larger seasoning sizes can I compare?+
The Original is listed in 30 oz and 25 lb formats. Blackened Seasoning is listed in 22 oz and 20 lb formats. Chicken & Gator and Sizzlin’ Steak each have a 24 oz foodservice format. Select a package to view its price and availability.
Is a gallon of roux the same as a gallon of finished gumbo?+
No. Roux is an ingredient, and finished gumbo also needs liquid, protein and other additions. Use the selected product’s recipe and measure the roux it calls for rather than treating package volume as finished yield.
Do the dinner mixes include meat or seafood?+
Follow each mix’s directions for the ingredients you need to add. Dry mix weight does not include the liquid, meat, seafood or other ingredients used during preparation.
