Cajun Fries and Fry Sauce

Fries:
Golden Potatoes
Dill Weed
Salt
Olive Oil

Wash potatoes and slice into 1/3 inch thick pieces. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes and lay on a towel to dry. Heat oven to 450˚F. Coat a cooking sheet with nonstick spray or lay a baking sheet. Place fries on cooking sheet and evenly coat in Ragin' Cajun All Purpose Original  Cajun Seasoning and olive oil (don't be afraid if it seems like there is too much). Add to taste desired about of dill weed and salt (we added maybe a teaspoon). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Fry Sauce:
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Worcestershire Sauce

Mix 1/2 cup of both ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce. Season to taste with Ragin' Cajun All Purpose Original Cajun Seasoning.
