How to Blacken Like a Pro:
- Coat fresh seafood, veggies and choice meats with olive oil or melted butter.

Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning
Ragin' Cajun All Purpose Original Cajun Seasoning
Start by cleaning the wings and laying them on a towel to dry. Heat oven on medium broil. Spray cooking pan with nonstick spray.
Evenly coat the front and back of wings with either Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning or Ragin' Cajun All Purpose Original Cajun Seasoning. Lay on pan and drizzle a coat on olive oil.
Broil in oven for 40-50 minutes on medium heat. Flip wings over 1-2 times until crisp and cooked.
