  3. Preheat stovetop pan, griddle, broiler or grill to high heat. Simply sear each side until cooked.

  1. Start by cleaning the wings and laying them on a towel to dry. Heat oven on medium broil. Spray cooking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Evenly coat the front and back of wings with either Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning.
  3. Lay on pan and drizzle a coat on olive oil.
  4. Broil in oven for 40-50 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Flip wings over 1-2 times until crisp and cooked.
