Crawfish Boil

Per 8-10 lbs of crawfish:
2 gallons of water

Use enough water to cover the crawfish. Place water and contents of package into a large cooking container. Stir and bring to a rolling boil. Add crawfish, stir, cover and return to boil. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off & soak for 15-20 minutes. Extra Spice: Sprinkle seafood with Ragin’ Cajun Seafood Boil after removing from liquid.
