New Orleans Grilled Fish

Fish Fillets or Steak
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Italian Salad Dressing

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine ingredients, mix well, and pour over fish. Turn to coat both sides of fish. Refrigerate for 30 min. Remove fish and reserve marinade for basting during grilling. Place fish on a lightly oiled grill or pan. Cook for 4-5 min. Baste and turn over and cook until fish flakes easily.
