Product Usage Instructions:

Combine 8 cups (1/2 Pail) of Ragin’ Cajun Authentic Étouffée Sauce with 8 cups of water to make 1 gallon finished sauce. Stir. Add 4 lbs of protein (fish, shrimp, crawfish, chicken, pork and/or sausage). Bring to a boil and simmer until protein is cooked. Stir as needed. Serve over rice or pasta. Also great as a gravy or finishing sauce
