Ingredients:
Tomato puree (water, tomato paste), roux (enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil), chicken base (salt, corn syrup solids, corn starch, hydrolyzed soy, corn and wheat protein with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed and/or soybean oils), chicken fat, natural flavors, sugar, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking), artificial flavors, dried onion, turmeric, spices, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), butter flavored oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, natural butter flavor, vitamin A palmitate and beta carotene (colors) dried onion, dried bell peppers, lecithin, dried garlic, dried celery, spices, paprika, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (preservatives), tricalcium phosphate (flow agent)
Gourmet Creole:
1lb Seafood (peeled shrimp or crawfish) or diced chicken breast
1 jar 16 oz Ragin’ Cajun Creole Sauce
Cooked with white rice
Ready in 20 minutes. Empty the contents of the Sauce into a 4 quart pot. Fill jar with water and mix water with sauce. Add seafood or chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until seafood or chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally while cooking. Serve over rice or pasta. Serves 5 – 6.
