Cajun Chicken

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1 thinly sliced medium onion
1 thinly sliced green or red bell pepper
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine or apple juice

Pat dry chicken breast and season both sides with Cajun’s Choice Creole Seasoning. Rub seasoning into chicken. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil and heat until just starting to smoke. Add chicken to skillet and cook the chicken about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken to a clean plate and set aside. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly wilted. Add chicken back to skillet, stir and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
